Originating back in the mid 1870’s in New York City’s Manhattan Club, the Manhattan is a simple and tasty beverage to make or order while out and about.

Cocktail of the Week: Manhattan
- 50mls rye whiskey
- 10mls Sweet Red Vermouth
- 10mls Dry Vermouth
- Dash of Angostura Bitters
Stir over ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
Serve straight up.
